Operation Have a Good Body: Day 2

This is how Operation Have a Good Body is going:

1. Protein Intake

I went a bit crazy with my eggs today.

8 eggs – 2 fried, 6 hard boiled

3 Barbeque Tofu Sticks

Meat from 24 dumplings (still not sure what meat is in them!)

2. Exercise

I did sit ups today. Did some research on the best way to do them and came up with many different answers. I need look into this more!

I lost count of how many I did (probably because I listen to music while doing exercise) but around 20 I think. Stopped, had a minute and a half break, repeat, break, repeat.

I feel nice and sore today from yesterday’s press ups, so I know that some muscle recovery is happening!
